Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled days session are fully refundable.
Non‑refundable bookings
Any session booked within 48 hours of the appointment time is non‑refundable, regardless of circumstance.
Rescheduling
Guests may request to reschedule their appointment more than 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Rescheduling within 48 hours is not permitted.
No‑Show Policy
A no‑show is treated as a non‑refundable booking.
Additional Notes
All cancellations must be submitted via the booking portal or by contacting the spa team directly.
Group bookings or special packages may have additional terms.
Spa Etiquette & Conditions of Use
By using BASK Thermal Spa, I acknowledge that I understand the following:
Bask entrance is strictly Over 18’s.
The Thermal Spa is not lifeguarded.
Diving is prohibited.
Running is prohibited.
Do not stand on the pool surround – high drop to pool sides.
Caution, poolside maybe be slippery when wet.
Showering is mandatory before using the swimming pool.
CCTV footage is recorded to help maintain the safety, security and wellbeing of our guests, visitors and team members. Footage is not continuously monitored. A copy of our CCTV Policy is available on request.
Pool depth is 1.35m throughout, vitality pool is 0.9m throughout, plunge pool is 1.5m throughout.
Residents and guests are reminded this facility is mixed use and as such appropriate swimwear is mandatory at all times.
Glass is not permitted in any area.
Use of the facility is prohibited while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may affect your abilities or judgment.
Please respect other guests by maintaining a peaceful and quiet ambience.
Appropriate bathing attire is required at all times while in the wet areas.
Mobile phone & tablet use should be kept discreet and respectful of the tranquillity of the space.
Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful environment, respecting other visitors’ privacy and comfort.
Please adhere to all posted signage and guidelines for the sauna, steam room and pools.
Spa Waiver
By entering BASK Thermal Spa I confirm that I have read, understand, comply and agree to adhere to all BASK Thermal Spa conditions of use outlined.
I understand and acknowledge that BASK Thermal Spa facilities are unsupervised.
I confirm that I am voluntarily using BASK Thermal spa facilities at my own risk and that I am physically and medically fit to do so.
I confirm that I do not suffer from any medical condition, impairment, disease, infirmity, or other illness that would otherwise make use of Bask Thermal Spa facilities ill advised knowing the use of BASK Thermal Spa involves exposure to heat, cold, steam and hydrotherapy.
If I have any condition or concern including any heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, respiratory issues, pregnancy, epilepsy or seizures, skin infections or open wounds I confirm I have, prior to entering BASK Thermal Spa, consulted with my doctor or physician regarding my suitability for using BASK Thermal Spa facilities and accept that it is solely my onus and responsibility to do so.
I agree to follow all posted rules and BASK Thermal spa etiquette at all times. I understand that failure to follow said rules may result in being asked to leave BASK Thermal spa without refund.
I hereby waive, release, and discharge BASK Thermal spa, its employees, owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or causes of action arising from my use of BASK Thermal spa facilities, except in the case of proven gross negligence.
I understand that BASK Thermal Spa is not responsible for: loss or damage to personal belongings, personal injury or illness resulting from BASK Thermal spa use or medical costs or emergency care associated with BASK Thermal spa use.
Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose necessary in accordance with GDPR regulations.
